I am thankful for health, I got a 24 hour stomach bug earlier this week and I am just thankful it came and went fast.
... Matt did not complain and took care of the kids, his laundry, and his packing while I was sick.
... Matt's work trips are usually very short 1 to 2 days.
... for the 10+ pounds I have lost.
... for the Health Challenge that has helped me loss weight and think about what I am putting in my mouth.
