Bath fun...

Here is a little video of Benen drinking bath water. He started doing this the other night and was totally amused with himself. He loves water and taking a bath.

Thankful Thursday

Here is my thankful list this week:

1. For a husband who is willing to work through things honestly.

2. For two beautiful children; that God gave us - the timing was unplanned by us but so much better then we could have planned.

3. For the Phispering Winers (my co-fire fighters)

4. For Thin Mint cookies - yummy.

5. For chocolate.

6. For childhood memories.

7. For a sister and brother and that are growing in Christ - they are a true encouragement to me and I love being around them.

8. For family (both physical and "adopted") that supports me even when they may not agree with me.

9. For the fun random things that kids do.

10. For this calling that God gave me; and the journey I am on to discover it.

Thankful Thursday

This is actually hard to write today. I have had a stressful week; not with anything in particular just been really busy and my kids are testing their limits. The thing I am thankful the most is peace and God's still quiet voice; especially in the middle of the storm that life is right now.

So this week I am thankful for the country I live in.

1. That we get to vote for our government officials.

2. For the troops that have and are fighting for our freedom.

3. For freedom of religion.

4. For freedom of choice.

5. A free economy.

6. For our countries history.

7. For the beautiful landscape that God gave it.

8. For our governments system of checks and balances.

9. For Freedom

10. Just thankful to leave where I do.
