Your Anniversary

Today is our 6 year anniversary. Here are some pictures of the celebrating we did on Friday night. Thanks to grandparents we got the whole night and Saturday morning to ourselves.

We actually found a cute little roof top Mineral Springs. We were there for 2 hours, and the last hour we had the whole place to ourselves fun.

Dinner at Digs. They have really yummy pizza and Matt knows the managers and we got a free desert.

Thankful Thursday... 6 Year Anniversary

Today I am thankful that on Sunday (7/19) I will have been married to this man for 6 years. I am thankful that 8 years ago this week we asked be to start dating him. I am so thankful that God did not let us have our plan and gave us Anna 9 months after we were married, and Benen 3 years after her. I am thankful for all the good and hard times we have been through and for all the times that we still have together. I love you Matt and I would not change the last 6 years one bit.

Walk to the Park

On Saturday we walked to the Brook-side park and back.

God Loves Surprises

Matt's New Ovation Guitar

So we get to church today and Matt notices that the old worship pastors guitar (Benjie) is setting on the stage. He puts it back stage and gives him a call to tell him that he moved it so it would not get bumped around. When he calls Benjie he goes actually it is not my guitar it is yours; I am giving it to you. Matt was totally shocked, surprised, and excited. God loves to surprise.

Summer Fun - Library and Park

Today we walk to the Library to listen to the Fire Fighters read. We then walked to the park and had a picnic lunch and then the plan was to walk home. We ended up walking to Matt's work and getting the car instead. It was fun and all were exhausted afterwards. Here are some pictures of the library.

The Fourth

After camping for 2 days on 4th of July weekend we came home got cleaned up and went to the Albertson's parking lot to have a family Bar-B-Que and watch the fireworks. Lots to fun.

Thankful Thursday

Today I am thankful for the 2 kids God has given me. I am thankful that I get to stay home with them, and that they enjoy playing together. I am thankful to get to see moments like this one I filmed.

Camping

Thursday Night and Friday Night we went camping up above Mancos Co with some friends. Considering we served the mosquito attacks it was a lot of fun.

My Birthday and a New Look

Last Wednesday (July 1st) was my 28th birthday. The kids spent Tuesday night with Papa and Grandma (my parents) and I got to have a mommy vacation on Wednesday. It was a great relaxing day. I got my hair cut and spent 3 hours reading. Wednesday night we went to dinner with some friends (kid free) and then my mom made ice cream for us all. Here are a few pictures of the new cut and the roses that Aunt Tammie gave me (my sister).
