The Challenge...
I challenged the kids to accumulate 30 days of no screen time. No screen time would be no tv, tablet or phone games. If they get 30 days we will take them to see Airplanes. What did they do the first day:

May....
May. Has come:
Matt, Benen, and Papa (my dad) went on a Men's Retreat to Canyon Lands. They where encouraged, encountered God, and got dirty.
Timothy (Timmy) turned 9 months old. He is crawling, and has two teeth with two more on the way. He has a chill attitude and personality. He loves people and is always wanting to look into there faces when he sees them. It is not very often that he does not smile.

Mothers Day. My sister (Auntie Tammie) made the kids matching outfits. They looked adorable. I have the best four Mother's Day gifts every year. I am one blessed momma.
Dinner. We had spaghetti for dinner. Messy (especially for the 9 month old), but yummy. We like spaghetti around here:)
May. Has Gone!

Back... and some Christmas...
I think I am back...
Back form the silence that has been my blog....
We have been busy, busy with life changes....
We have moved in with my parents for a time...
Trying to decide if we are to rent or buy, and looking for another place...
Busy with 4 kids, homeschooling, art classes, a baby, work, church, family, and life...
But I think I am back to blogging more regularly...

Is it the weekend yet?
It has been a week...
Not a completely horrible week...
Just a week marked by events....
Mostly not fun and unplanned events.
Sunday: Somer fell on her hand after church, we thought she jammed her pinky finger.
Monday: Somer's finger looked worse, call the Pediatrician, get it x-rayed, discover she broke and displaced it, go to er to have it set...
Tuesday: Take Timothy in to get his weight, height, and head circumference checked....
Tuesday: Discover that the Pediatrician and a Orthopedic Special do not think Somer's finger is set straight...
Wednesday: Go to have the specialist look at Somer's finger, needs to be reset, put her under and reset it, now it is much straighter...
Thursday: Timothy is 3 weeks old!
Like I said a week...
This momma is tired...
Looking forward to the weekend...
Looking forward to sleeping in...
Looking forward to Hubby being home for 3 days!

Been awhile.....
So to update you all on what has been happening around here.
Sommer's Surgery: Somer's surgery went will, but recovery was not so good. She was a good deal of pain the first few days. We came home after the surgery and she started having seizures. Went through some testing and discovered that one of the meds she was on has a seizure side effect, took her off, seizures stopped. The are still up in the air about weither the medication caused the seizures or just brought a problem to the surface, so we will post likely have to do more testing and see a pediatric neurologist in a few months. She is doing awesome now! She also turns 2 on Saturday!
Birthdays: Somer is not the only June b-day we have around here. Benen turned 5 on the 14th, and I will be dedicating a whole post him tomorrow.
Me: I am still pregnant, as I should be, but getting closer to being done. 7 weeks left.
Matt: The company that Matt works for has sold will be changing owners the end of July.
July and August will be busy: with my b-day, our 9 year anniversary, Matt's company switch, and quatro all due around August 18th.
